District Office Biliterate Receptionist - Secretary 1

 

POSITION DETAILS

  • Location:  District Office
  • Fulltime, year-round, 260 Day Contract

BASIC FUNCTION

The receptionist is responsible for answering phones, greeting people, providing secretarial and administrative support to the school district office and in assisting others in all duties.  Spanish bi-lingual/bi-literate required.

 

Job Description:

  • Participates in meetings, workshops and seminars as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions and to keep skills current.
