IDEAL Farms Nursery worker position. 10-15 hours/week

Wasatch High Schools IDEAL farms Program is looking for part time seasonal help doing nursery and plant restoration work. 

Will learn how to maintain a native plant nursery and run the Aquaponics greenhouse system.
Perform tasks such as planting seedlings, weed control, shifting up seedlings to larger pots, general landscape tasks.
Work will take place outdoors or in the greenhouse 95% of the time.

Pay starts at $11 dollars an hour with the knowledge that there will be performance based scholarships up to $1500 for successful completion of the program based on income from the sell of plants or animals from the farm. 

This is a a non-hazardous Agriculture job (using only hand tools no power equipment) and is open to students from Age 14-18 in Wasatch County school districts or residents of Heber Valley.
